Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any workshop or course on Rachni.

1. All sales are final

All workshops and courses offered on Rachni are digital goods. Once purchased, they are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after payment is completed.

By completing a purchase on rachniapp.com, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. What you get

• Access to the live workshop or course session as described on the workshop page.
• Addition to the WhatsApp group for updates and community.
• Any materials or resources shared as part of the workshop.

3. Cancellation by Rachni

In the rare event that Rachni cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (teacher unavailability, technical issues, or low enrolment), we will offer you:

• A seat in a rescheduled session of the same workshop, or
• Credit toward a future workshop of equal value.

We will notify you by email and WhatsApp as soon as possible.

4. Technical issues

If a workshop cannot be conducted due to a platform-wide technical failure on our end, we will reschedule the session. All registered students will be automatically enrolled in the rescheduled session.
