Rachni is a mobile-first craft school and marketplace for Indian women. We connect skilled craft teachers with learners across India — all through live workshops you can attend from home, on your phone.

How it works

1. Browse workshops — find a craft you want to learn (macramé, candle making, embroidery, crochet, and more).
2. Book your seat — pay online and get instant confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
3. Join the live session — learn directly from a skilled teacher via video call.
4. Join the community — stay connected with your teacher and fellow learners in a WhatsApp group.
5. Sell what you make — once you're ready, list and sell your handmade products through Rachni.

Our teachers

Rachni teachers are independent craft creators who teach what they practice. They are selected for their skill and their ability to teach clearly on camera. Every workshop is exclusive to Rachni.

Languages

Workshops are taught in Hindi, Telugu, and simple English — depending on the teacher. The language is always listed on the workshop page so you know before you book.
